Booking and Cancellation Policy
Group bookings will only be confirmed on payment of a deposit (minimum £10 per player), which will be adjusted against the final payment.
Group bookings may be cancelled without charge up to one week in advance.
Cancellation of a group booking between one week and 48 hours prior to the booking will be required to pay 50% of the total amount due.
Cancellation of group bookings less than 48 hours prior to the booking will be required to pay 100% of the total amount due.
We understand that there may be unforeseen circumstances and each group booking will be treated on its individual merit.
